Our original corporate name, from way back in 1995, was “Timescale Adventures”, and that has been true until about a week ago.
About 20 years ago we started using “Two Medicine Dinosaur Center” as an assumed business name to describe our museum campus and other parts of what we do, but there started to be a little bit of confusion about describing what our 990 tax documents call us (Timescale Adventures) and what the public knew us as (Two Medicine Dinosaur Center).
To help lessen the confusion, and to also help us with a little marketing “nudge” for search engines, the TMDC board voted to change our name to the “Montana Dinosaur Center” when we adopted new bylaws on August 11, 2020.
